This tasting is all about experiencing FALCO the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Settle into the intimate 18-seat neighbourhood bar, start with a drink, and let a selection of small plates make their way to the middle of the table as the evening unfolds.

Drawing on flavours from across the Mediterranean and Middle East, FALCO takes inspiration from the social way people eat around the region: tapas, cicchetti, mezze, drinks in hand, and dishes made for passing around. Behind the relaxed atmosphere is a small Sheung Wan kitchen making everything from labneh and pickles to salsas from scratch.
