Using only A5-grade Japanese Kuroge Wagyu, each hotpot set showcases a different cut, from lean red meat to tender chuck short rib and rich ribeye, served with a curated spread of vegetables, tofu, udon, and premium Japanese rice or egg. Diners cook their meal tableside, dipping beef into golden Yumeou egg for that rich, velvety finish.
