2. Nature of the Service

Table Talks is a digital promotional platform. We connect restaurants and creators for marketing purposes but do not operate, control, or fulfill the services offered. Offers are created and managed by Restaurant Partners, who are solely responsible for their execution, availability, and terms.

3. Offer Availability and Validity

Offers may be limited in quantity, subject to restaurant inventory or policies, or discontinued without notice. Table Talks makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or continued validity of any offer. Redemption is at the sole discretion of the Restaurant Partner.

4. Data Collection and WhatsApp Use

To access an offer, you may be required to enter your phone number. This number is used solely to deliver your redemption QR code and offer details via WhatsApp. Table Talks does not use this information for marketing, resale, or communication unrelated to your selected offer.

We process all personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Redemption

Receiving a QR code or submitting your phone number does not guarantee successful redemption. 6. Independent Content Creators

7. No Endorsement of Restaurants

Inclusion of a restaurant on our platform does not imply an endorsement or certification by Table Talks. We do not audit or verify restaurant operations, food safety, or service quality. You agree to engage with Restaurant Partners at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Table Talks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and accuracy of offer content. We shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive—arising from or related to:
(i) your use of the platform;
(ii) offer unavailability or change;
(iii) your dining experience at any Restaurant Partner;
(iv) promotional content shared by Creators.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform or any offer, including but not limited to: submitting false phone numbers, attempting multiple redemptions against offer rules, or sharing restricted offers in unauthorized channels.

10. Modifications and Termination

Table Talks reserves the right to modify or remove any offer, QR code, or public page at any time, without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
