  • Lumpiang Laing (taro leaves, green chili, coconut milk wrapped & deep fried in wheat rolls)
  • Tuna Kinilaw (tuna, ginger, calamansi, cherry tomato, coconut milk, pinipig)
  • Palabok (rice noodles, tiger prawns, quail egg, chicharon, shrimp, tinapa & minced pork sauce)
  • Pak Choi (boiled pak choi, house oyster sauce, red chili)
  • Kare-Kareng Baka (beef rib finger, thick peanut sauce, beef tripe, baby eggplant, french beans, pak choi, crushed peanuts, annatto oil, served with shrimp paste)
