From vibrant tapas to comforting regional classics, each dish is designed to be passed around the table, creating a relaxed and interactive dining experience. Nestled in the charming streets of Tai Ping Shan, El Vaso de Oro captures the spirit of a neighbourhood wine bar in Barcelona, making it the perfect setting for long conversations, flowing wine, and content that feels genuine and full of life.

  • Croqueta del DĂ­a (Croquettes, creamy inside and crispy outside)
  • Pimientos del PadrĂłn (Padron peppers, some spicy, some not)
  • Pulpo a la Gallega (Galician-style octopus with paprika & olive oil)
  • Oreja de Cerdo (slow-cooked crispy pig ear, from Madrid to HK, a fusion dish)

Main Dishes:

  • Solomillo de Rubio Gallega can foie (Dry-aged Galician beef tenderloin with pan-seared foie gras)
  • Paella de Marisco con Carabineros (Seafood paella with carabinero prawns)
  • Cochinillo al estilo Cándido (Segovia-style roasted suckling pig, crispy skin)

  • Churros with Dark Chocolate Mousse
