This tasting at Here Thai is a multi-sensory dive into the soul of Thailand, guided by globally celebrated chefs who elevate street food into an art form. Set against a backdrop of modern Thai opulence, creators will sample an exquisite selection of signature dishes: from the zesty Pork Laab and crispy Seabass with Mango Salad, to the iconic Tom Yum Koong, Som Tum Thai, and the silky sweetness of Bua Loi. Every plate is a masterclass in balance bold, elegant, and deeply rooted in tradition. It’s a curated dining experience where Thailand’s night markets meet haute cuisine.

  • Som Tum Thai
    Raw papaya salad with shredded carrot, long green bean, cherry tomato, young eggplant, Thai fresh chili, and garlic, tossed in a dressing of fish sauce, palm sugar, and lime juice. A refreshing and spicy starter.
  • Pork Laab
    Minced pork mixed with toasted chili, garlic, shallots, sliced red onion, saw tooth coriander, toasted sticky rice powder, and chili flakes, seasoned with fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice.
  • Deep Fried Sea Bass with Mango Salad
    Crispy deep-fried sea bass topped with young ginger, sliced kaffir lime leaf, Thai fresh chili, garlic, and red shallots, served with a chili paste dressing made with coconut milk, palm sugar, and lime juice. Can be enjoyed as a starter or main.
  • Cuttlefish Cake
    Minced cuttlefish blended with Thai red curry paste, whole egg yolk, coconut milk, and fish sauce, mixed with sliced long green bean and kaffir lime leaf. A dish inspired by traditional preservation methods.
  • Tom Yum Koong
    A bold, aromatic soup with Thai river prawns, mussels, and scallops, flavored with lemongrass, galangal, Thai fresh chili, kaffir lime leaf, saw tooth coriander, and cherry tomatoes, in a broth seasoned with fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice.
  • Bua Loi
    Traditional warm Thai dessert with tapioca balls, poached eggs, young coconut meat, coconut milk, sugar, and pandan leaf. Comforting and perfect for cooler weather.
  • Roasted Chicken
    Marinated with lemongrass and slow roasted for tenderness. Served on banana leaf for added aroma and depth of flavor.
