There's a new way to enjoy the bold flavours of Here Thai by Chef Lenk! This tasting brings the restaurant's signature Thai broths to the centre of the table, transforming familiar favourites into an interactive hotpot experience.

Discover the rich, aromatic Boat Noodle broth, inspired by the flavours of Here Thai's signature noodles, alongside the spicy, tangy kick of Tom Yum Goong. Creators will have the opportunity to explore a selection of hotpot ingredients, from thinly sliced beef and fresh seafood to mushrooms and vegetables, cooking each bite at the table and enjoying the flavours as they come together.
