  • Lamb Skewers (cumin, chili flakes, charred lime)
  • Chicken Skewers (cumin, chili flakes, charred lime)
  • Prawn Taco (sambal, guacamole, pickled onion)
  • Beef Taco (sofrito, chimichurri, onions)
  • Beef Tartare (Sichuan oil, Chinese pickle, shiso leaf, quail egg)
  • Tom Yum Seafood Linguini (mussels, prawns, scallops)
  • Grilled Octopus Leg (marinated with smoked paprika, tzatziki, mache salad)
  • Baby Suckling Pig (slow cooked 14 hours, served with grilled pineapple, mint pineapple sauce)
  • Ube-Do-Si (a twist on the class HK's style french toast, packed with peanut butter and all coated in ube sago)
  • Pisang Goreng (another take on the classic, Indonesian style fried banana, coated with cinnamon sugar, and it comes with ice cream)
