Using only A5-grade Japanese Kuroge Wagyu, each hotpot set showcases a different cut, from lean red meat to tender chuck short rib and rich ribeye, served with a curated spread of vegetables, tofu, udon, and premium Japanese rice or egg. Diners cook their meal tableside, dipping beef into golden Yumeou egg for that rich, velvety finish. Whether it’s the marbled luxury of ribeye or the balance of short rib, every bite delivers melt-in-your-mouth flavour and umami depth.
