What You Ate
Table Talks has curated a list of all the delicious dishes you had the chance to taste at the tasting.

This tasting introduces creators to the signature Kansai-style sukiyaki experience at Suki Kansai, where diners cook premium ingredients directly at the table in a rich, savoury broth. The highlight is beautifully marbled Japanese Wagyu, paired with seasonal vegetables, tofu, and fresh eggs that bring out the beef’s natural sweetness. Warm, interactive, and deeply comforting, the experience captures the essence of Japanese hotpot culture; where cooking, sharing, and conversation happen all at once.
Creators selected are required to post at least one in-feed post within one week.

Kansai-Style Sukiyaki – Unlike Kanto-style, Kansai sukiyaki starts with beef seared directly in a cast iron pan before the broth is added—richer and more layered in taste.
Self-Cooked Experience – Guests cook their own sukiyaki at the table, giving a fun, immersive dining experience.
Premium Wagyu, Direct from Japan – All beef is A4 Tokachi Wagyu, with options like lean, chuck, and rib eye, served in regular or large portions.
