This tasting invites creators to step into the refined world of Sushi Masa Black, where Chef Masa presents a bold new take on omakase. The centrepiece of the experience is the signature black vinegar sushi rice, infused with activated coconut charcoal, bamboo charcoal, and black rice vinegar; delivering a deep, earthy flavour and an arresting visual profile. Each piece is crafted and served within a 60-second “golden window” for optimal temperature and texture, using seafood flown in daily from Japan. The mood is focused, the plating is theatrical, and the setting is purposefully minimalist, allowing every course to shine under soft light. This is sushi designed not only to be tasted, but captured.
Creators selected for this experience are required to post at least one in-feed post within one week of the tasting.
