There's always room for another plate at FALCO, especially when something new is coming out of the kitchen. This tasting invites creators back to the intimate neighbourhood bar on Wa Lane to discover a selection of new menu creations alongside FALCO's existing favourites.
Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean and Middle East, FALCO brings together bold flavours, house-made ingredients, and small plates designed for sharing. From the kitchen's made-from-scratch approach to the relaxed rhythm of ordering another drink and passing a few more dishes around, it's an evening that celebrates good food without the fuss.
