This exclusive tasting will introduce creators to the brand-new 18-course dinner omakase menu ($398), featuring premium air-flown ingredients, inventive pairings like foie gras-topped tuna sushi, and the signature “blind box” surprise format. Chef Masa personally curates the journey, offering close service and attention to detail that turns every bite into a quiet ritual. Paired with a thoughtfully selected sake list from Taiko Sake, the evening is elevated in a calm, minimalist space that reflects the precision of the cuisine.

Creators selected for this experience are encouraged to capture and must share their experience on socials within a week, showcasing accessible Japanese fine dining in Hong Kong.
