This tasting invites creators to experience Sushi Masa’s signature 16-course omakase, priced at just $398 HKD, available daily for both lunch and dinner. Curated by Chef Masa, the menu is a progression of flavour, texture, and technique from hand-pressed sushi and sashimi, to grilled unagi, and torched wagyu. With seasonal ingredients flown in daily and optional pairings from Taiko Sake, this is one of Hong Kong’s best-value omakase experiences.
