Creators will be treated to Sushi Masa’s signature omakase set course, an 20-course journey that blends Japanese craftsmanship with modern elegance. From delicate sashimi and foie gras-topped tuna to grilled seasonal bites and house-curated sake pairings by Taiko Sake, every dish is a moment of quiet perfection. The space is minimalist and calming, allowing Chef Masa’s attention to detail and ingredient-first philosophy to shine. This is omakase made approachable for a younger crowd, but without cutting corners on quality.
