The Experience!

This tasting introduces creators to the soulful charm of AMA Ristorante, where traditional Roman dishes, handmade pastas, and seasonal Italian plates come together in a setting that feels both elegant and intimate. Helmed by Chef Paolo Monti, known as The Amatricianist, the experience may include a taste of AMA’s signature pasta dishes and chef-led surprises. As the sun sets, the 25th-floor skyline views create a glowing backdrop for a dinner that celebrates authenticity, comfort, and culinary heritage.
