This tasting is a deep dive into the signature experience at Sushi Masa Black, where Chef Masa’s bold reinterpretation of Japanese omakase takes centre stage. From the first course to the last, creators will discover the dramatic beauty of black vinegar sushi rice, infused with activated coconut charcoal and bamboo charcoal for a colour and flavour profile like no other in the city. With seafood flown in daily and plated within a 60-second golden tasting window, each piece is timed for peak temperature and texture. The minimalist, refined counter setting allows the visuals, craftsmanship, and flavours to shine making this a truly cinematic content experience.
