This tasting at Sushi Masa Black showcases Chef Masa’s distinctive approach to omakase, where each course is prepared and served in real time. The experience is built around the restaurant’s signature black vinegar sushi rice, creating a unique visual and flavour profile that sets it apart.
With seafood flown in daily and each piece served within a tightly timed window, the focus is on balance, temperature, and texture. Set in a minimalist and intimate counter space, the experience is designed for creators to capture the details, from close-up sushi moments to chef interactions.
Creators selected are required to post at least one in-feed post within one week.
